Tuna has always been a favorite around here, mainly because many of us can go right out and catch it ourselves. Take advantage of one of the greatest resources we have locally.
Local Fisherman
Not only do we know all the farmers and cattlemen in the area, some of our best friends are fisherman. Depending on the season, we may be able to pull in Rockfish, Tuna or Grouper. Today, our guys are hauling in sushi grade tuna that has been pulled out of the water this morning.
Catch a Side
Keep in light and toss together a salad or even dice up the tune and roll some sushi. Our veggies are always shipped within a day of being picked, so they make a perfect side.
